What happens next?

After you have submitted information to us, our online Helpdesk system will receive your message and send you automatic confirmation with Case ID number. Automatic notification will be sent yo the email address you provided to us in the first step. Case ID number that you will receive is unique and must be used everytime when replying to us.

Our Support department will look trough and investigate your submitted case. If necessary we will contact you to ask additional information. If you have submitted all the required information what we asked (in the first step) then usually we do not require any additional information from you.

After the investigation phase has been completed, we will ask you to make payment. After we receive payment, we will deliver you Action plan together with instructions what needs to be done to reinstate your Amazon Seller Account in matter of 24-48 hours
