Returns and Refunds Policy

Digital products

We issue refunds in full for our services within 30 days of the original date of purchase if the service is not rendered within 7 working days of the original date of purchase. The “service” here being a completed “Action Plan” or “POA” (plan of action) or “statement”. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 20 (twenty) business days of receipt of the returned service or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

  • We do not issue refunds for TEMPLATES or STANDARD PRICING or PREMIUM PRICING plans. Payment by the user of our website is a non-refundable fee which has been used to cover the cost of creating the customer’s “Action Plan” or “POA” (plan of action) or “statement” as agreed to by the Terms of Service. Customer is responsible for understanding this upon purchasing this service at our site.

Refund after successful service: Currently we do not offer refunds after we have successfully provided our services to you in the form of reinstating your Amazon seller privileges due to the nature of our business and the intangible products and services we provide.

We will always continue to help our clients. Therefore, in an effort to provide a smooth and concise service it is our client’s responsibility to provide us with a continuous update regarding their Amazon seller account. If our clients do not provide us with an update within 7 (seven) days of being provided their Amazon action plan, their Amazon account will be considered reinstated by us and no refunds will be issued. We ask that our clients ensure they stay in contact with us, even if there is no communication between them and Amazon throughout the reinstatement process to best help them reinstate their Amazon seller’s account and provide them with exceptional customer service.

Due to the nature of our business and the services that we provide, simultaneously contracting and or hiring a similar business and or service voids any refund guarantees that have been granted to you, the client of smartsellerhelp.com. We hope our clients understand this. This policy is set forth to prevent, and deter fraudulent chargeback claims. It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure they read and understand this policy before conducting business with us and deciding to pay for our services.
